Vendor Agreement

1. Overview

By filling out our application form, you formally become an agent of the Gingomart AI E-commerce community. This agreement establishes Gingomart as your affiliate partner for the products and services you offer. Unlike traditional e-commerce websites, Gingomart operates as an intelligent database where our E-commerce BOT recommends verified agents to users based on their specific requests.

2. Listing & Fees

• Individual Listing: Listing as an individual is free of charge. However, all transactions must pass through our mandatory escrow system, and applicable commission fees will be deducted before funds are disbursed to you.
• Brand Listing: Listing as a brand requires an annual fee ranging from $100 - $200 USD.
• Brand Exemption: Brands that provide valid proof of government approval may be exempted from the escrow requirement and commission fee deductions.

3. Commission Structure

Commission fees are applied to transactions processed through the Gingomart escrow system as follows:

• Digital Products: 20% commission fee.
• Physical Products: 10% commission fee.

4. Database Limitations

To ensure high-quality leads for our users, our database capacity is restricted. No more than two (2) persons may offer the same product or service in the same country. If your application exceeds these capacity limits, you will be notified that your application has not been listed.

5. Training & Resources

We offer optional professional development events for our agents, covering topics such as Sales Psychology, Networking, Marketing & Content Strategies, Drop-shipping, and Trendy Lifestyle products. Furthermore, our bot is designed to be accessible to anyone and can be integrated into external Telegram groups to expand your reach.
