• Mandatory Usage: No client or vendor should engage in payments outside the escrow system.
• Liability Waiver: Any payment made outside the official escrow system without the express knowledge and authorization of the Gingomart team is done entirely at your own risk. Gingomart assumes no responsibility or liability for scams, losses, or disputes arising from off-platform transactions.
• Safety Recommendation: For the protection of both the vendor and the buyer, the use of the escrow system is strictly recommended for every transaction.

3. Vendor Conduct and Accountability

As a listed agent on our platform, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Zero Tolerance for Bypass: Any vendor found conducting business outside the escrow system will be immediately and permanently delisted from our database.
• Anti-Fraud Measures: Vendors are strictly prohibited from using the Gingomart name, reputation, or platform to scam, deceive, or defraud clients.

4. Client Feedback and Disputes

We empower our clients to hold our network to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by an agent, or if an agent fails to deliver services efficiently, professionally, or in a timely manner, you are encouraged to file a formal complaint with the Gingomart team. We review all feedback to ensure the quality and integrity of our agent database.

5. Modifications
